Instructions to create a link

Step 1: Click on Booking Engine ->  Link Builder

Step 2: Complete the relevant fields:

• Ex. I need a link for an email that is going to the ATLANTA market to push HoneyMoon - Select the arrival month (the calendar will default to that month) - Select the departure airport code (the calendar will default to that airport- ATL) - Select specific promo code and/or Rate Type 
• To limit the rates being displayed on the result page, simply create a rate group and select applicable rates. Name the rate group and then click "go back to Link Builder" - then you can select that Rate Group as your Rate Type - click "Generate Link" and copy and paste link onto pertinent material (book no button, marketing quadrant, landing page, etc.)
