Superusers are able to:

• create
• delete
• edit information
• force user closeouts
• resend passwords

(suspended and blocked users are still being handled by ReservHotel)

Instructions

Step 1: From the Extranet, under the Miscellaneous tab, select on Users Management 

Step 2: Go to the Actions tab on someones User and make your selection.
