Language Set up

From the TA perspective, they can set up their language accordingly. English and Spanish. Agents can also do this modification 


Instructions

Step 1: On the Extranet, use the Login Link or under the Agency Management tab select on Agency Info




Step 2: Then search for the Agent or under Live Agencies select Agents then select the Agent and click on the Log In option




Step 3: Once your in the TA Portal, under the Member Services tab select on View Agent




Step 4: Scroll down to the Language options and make your selection and make sure you SAVE when finished.
