Support Groups

In the Travel Agent Portal, any agency can have their own groups. This section has the same features that the group portal has. The group settings work similar to the group PORTAL and it can be assigned to any agent/hotel/rate as well as room blocks, etc. 


Instructions to Use 


Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Agency Management tab select on Agency Info



Step 2: Search or click on Live Agencies and select the Agency. 



Step 3: Then select on Groups



Step 4: Under the Actions tab, you can select Add New Group 




Step 5: Make your selection on the pop up:

  • Group with a group leader login or Group without a group leader login.






Step 6: Fill in the necessary information and be sure to Save at the bottom of the page when finished.
