ON HOLD Reservations

Hotels have the option to put a reservation ON HOLD for a duration determined by the hotel, ranging from 1 hour to 99 hours. This allows clients to finalize their reservation, and they must make the payment to release the confirmation. Once activated, the option will be displayed on the Booking Engine under the payment options. 




Instructions

Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on General Settings.




Step 2: In this section you can complete the edits.

  • Be sure to SAVE when finished.
