How to Allow Bookings to Remain on Hold (Hotel Only)

Hotels can choose to allow customers to hold their reservations and set a maximum time limit for the hold. Customers will have until the selected time to confirm their reservation. Below is an example of how the hold option appears in the booking engine. 


*Please note that this feature is only available for Hotel Only bookings.

Instructions to Enable


Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on General Settings


Step 2: Select on Booking Engine Settings


Step 3: Under Allow booking to remain on hotel (for Hotel Only), make your selection and be sure to Save when finished.
