The Clients will be able to see the reason if they do not find availability, it could be caused by a room availability issue or by accommodation error.
The POP UPS can be turned ON/OFF by room incase the hotel doesn't want to display it.
Instructions
Step 1: From the Extranet, under the Hotel Information tab, select on Room Info
Step 2: Under Edit Room Type Section
Select the Room Type to be used
On the right hand corner under Hide on Popup (Calendar page availability) select desired option
Be sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
(Basically this should be activated (yes) for those rooms that should not be shown on the BE, example: GDS/OTA rooms)
