Availability POPUP Window

The Clients will be able to see the reason if they do not find availability, it could be caused by a room availability issue or by accommodation error.  

The POP UPS can be turned ON/OFF by room incase the hotel doesn't want to display it.




Instructions 

Step 1: From the Extranet, under the Hotel Information tab, select on Room Info

 

Step 2: Under Edit Room Type Section

  • Select the Room Type to be used

  • On the right hand corner under Hide on Popup (Calendar page availability) select desired option

  • Be sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the page.  

(Basically this should be activated (yes) for those rooms that should not be shown on the BE, example: GDS/OTA rooms)
