Usually, when the rates are ON on the calendar, we display the BAR, and when a promotion is linking with that rate and the promo has MLOS higher than the rate, the calendar wont show the lower rate (do not apply the promotion), it will keep showing the BAR. To be able to display the lower rate including the promo we have added in the option to override the rate in MLOS.

Instructions

Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on General Settings

Step 2: Under Calendar Minimum Length Of Stay for Promotions make the custom selection.

For example, if the BAR has a 1 MLOS and the BAR promo has 3 MLOS, the hotel has to set up as 3 in the setting to display the lower price on the calendar.
