Promotions are any sale or special offer that you want to display in your website and Booking Engine. These promotions will be derived from rates you have loaded in the Rate Section, or can be based on Added Value you have loaded in the Extra/Amenity Section.

• Promo Group could be one promotional, or several combinable promotions. For example, if you have a Free Night, plus complimentary Transfers as your Summer Sale, you can create a promotional group that would include both of these individual promotions, as combinable promotions.

• You can build promotions based on:
  • Percentage off per room, per person, per occupancy, per child, or per night
  • Dollar off per room, per person, per occupancy, per child, or per night
  • Free Night Stay
  • #th night free
  • Added Value

    
    

• The system will apply promotions according to the first group/rule that apply and will stay within the first group it finds.

How to View Promotion Settings on the Extranet

Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select Promotions 

Step 2:  On the next screen you can see your current Promotions and make any edits or changes as well as Create New Promotions.
