Agents/Agencies can also Register a New Agent straight from the Hotels website (if the Hotel has the Travel Agency Portal)

Instructions

• Please note that every Hotel website may look different, but the instructions should be applicable to all sites. 

Step 1:  Go to the Hotels website or get the Sign Up Link from the Extranet and follow from Step 3. 

• Under Book Now select on Travel Agent Log In 

Step 2: The next screen will be the TA Portal which you can log in or select on Register

Step 3: Enter your Agency ID, if you don't know it please ask the Hotel. Then select on Next Step. 

Step 4: Select your Agency and click on Next Step

Step 5:  Select the Address and click on Next Step

Step 6:  Once your Agency was verified click SAVE

Step 7:  Fulfill all the information and click SAVE
