Allow Travel Agency to bypass Credit Card info, if other form of payment is being used. To fullfill this booking without a Credit Card, hotels can elect on individual agency basis. After the process of hiding the payment information, the booking engine will only hide this information when the agent sends in their ID either via ReservHotel link-builder or by entering into the agency field. 

Instructions

Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Agency Management tab select on Agency Info

Step 2: Search or select on Live Agencies and then select on the agency

Step 3: Under the Actions tab select on Edit Agency Settings

Step 4: Select on the checkbox next to Hide payment details in booking engine and be sure to Save when finished.
