Hotels have the option to set a session expiration for Hotel Only Bookings. If enabled, a 30-minute timer will appear on the final step of the booking process. Once the timer is up, a message will pop up making the customer start their booking over. Below is an example of how this would look on the booking engine:
Instructions
Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on General Settings
Step 2: Select on Booking Engine Settings
Step 3: Under Session Expiration for Hotel Only choose your selection and be sure to Save when finished.
