How To Mark Reservation as Fraud

Hotels can mark any reservations as a fraud. Hotels can also ban guests with this tool, we take the clients name, email, and CC information to prevent this person from booking again. 


Instructions

Step 1: Go to Reports -> Search Reservation

  • Make sure to cancel the reserva



Step 2: Search up a Reservation and click the green search button, on the next page click on the blue highlighted reservation number to open up the confirmation.  


Step 3: On the right side, click on Actions then Report as Fraud 

Step 4: A confirmation pop up box will appear, make sure to select OK

  • Maximize occupancy and revenue. 
  • Free up inventory that would otherwise be occupied by non-paying or unauthorized individuals. 


Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements:

  • Hotels may have legal obligations to identify and report fraudulent activities. Marking reservations as fraud helps fulfill these obligations and contributes to the overall security and integrity of the industry.
