Resetting passwords for agency accounts is simple with the right steps. This guide ensures a quick and secure process to regain access.
Instructions
Step 1: On the Extranet, under Agency Management select on Agency Info
Step 2: Search and select on your agency. Then select on Agents
Step 3: Select on Edit Info under the agent you wish to edit.
- Please note that only agents are provided with a password.
Step 4: Add the new Password under the Reset Password box and confirm it in the below box and be sure to SAVE when finished.
