How to Hide Travel Agent Email on BE

You're able to hide the "Travel Agency Email" box on the booking engine so there will only be one "Email" box when booking a reservation.

Instructions

Step 1: On the extranet go to Agency Management-> Agency Info

Step 2: Search for the Agency

Select the agency

Step 3: Under Overview on the right hand corner under Actions select Edit Agency Settings

Step 4: Last, make the selection under Do not display agency/agent email when trying to book. and be sure to hit Save at the bottom of the screen.
