Hotels with their payment processor activated are able to give Real Refunds.
Instructions
Step 1: On the Extranet, search for a reservation on the top right hand corner OR under the Reports tab, select on Search Reservation and you can 3 other ways.
Step 3: Go to the Amount Charged to the client, there the Hotel will see the REFUND button
Step 4: Once the button is clicked, the system will ask for the amount to be refunded and then it will ask again to confirm.
If there is residual money left after a refund, the REFUND button will remain active incase they need to refund the remaining balance.
