How to Add an Agent Fee

From the Booking Engine and from the reservation the Hotel or agent can add an extra Agent FEE in cases is needed.

ReservHotel must activate it (cannot be done on the extranet)

Once it is active, the Agency can turn it on/off from the TA portal (it depends of the travel agency set up)

Instructions

Step 1: From the Booking Engine, directly on the check out page under the Credit Card Information youll see an Additional Agent Fee box where you can input the fee.

Step 2: From the Hotel Confirmation/Manual Modify, under Agency Information -> Agency Extra
