The Hotel has options on how they want to display the Travel Agent Commission and Agent Fee's during the booking process.
Instructions
Step 1: the Extranet, Under the Agency Management tab select Agency Info
Step 2: Next, select Live Agencies then select your agency
Step 3: On the Actions menu, select Edit Agency Settings
Step 4: Make your selections and be sure to Save when finished.
*Commission shown during the reservation process:
