How to Send/ Share Confirmation Emails

Clients can share the Hotel reservation with different people but just sending them the confirmation email. 


Instructions

Step 1: On the confirmation page, on the top right there are yellow buttons, click on the Client Email button



Step 2: From there, two options pull up: Send to ORIGINAL ADDRESS or Send to DIFFERENT ADDRESS



Step 3: Click on the option you choose and fill out the email address
