How to Enable Multi Room Bookings

Multi Room Bookings allow guests to book multiple rooms in one fluid transaction.


Instructions


Step 1: On the Extranet, under Booking Engine, click on General Settings


Step 2: Scroll down to Rooms and choose your selection, be sure to scroll to the bottom and click on SAVE 



CLIENT VIEW


Client can organize the number of passengers in each room:




The system will generate 2 separate reservation numbers if the client selects more than one room:
