How to Enable Group Bookings

You can choose 'Yes' to enable group bookings or 'No' to disable them. If enabled, a group code box will appear for you to enter your group code. Below is an example of how it looks when this option is on or off.

Instructions to Enable


Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on General Settings



Step 2: Select on Booking Engine Settings and under the Groups option, make your selection and be sure to Save once finished.
