How to Write a Rate Description

Instructions to Write a Rate Description 


Step 1: On the Extranet, under Rates, select Edit Rates


Step 2: Select the Rate you want to add the description to and then select on Rate Actions, from the drop down select Edit Rate Information


Step 3: Under Full Description, type in anything you would like to include and select an option from the Non Refundable drop down 

  • Be sure to SAVE
