Hotels have the option to offer a customizable loyalty program that can be named to suit your preferences. Select 'Yes' to allow customers to enter their loyalty code. If you do not wish to offer a loyalty rewards program, select 'No'. Below is an example of how the loyalty code box, featuring the program name, will appear on the final page if the booking process for customers to enter their code.

Instructions to Enable
Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on General Settings
Step 2: Select on Booking Engine Settings
Step 3: Under Loyalty Code, make your selections, and if you choose 'Yes' then add a Loyalty Rewards Program Name. Be sure to Save when finished.
