How to Allow Modifications & Cancellations inside Cancellation Penalty

Hotels can choose to allow modifications or cancellations within the cancellation penalty period. You can choose 'Yes' or 'No'


Instructions to Enable


Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on General Settings


Step 2: Select on Booking Engine Settings


Step 3: Under the Allow Modifications or Cancellations inside cancellation penalty, make your selection and be sure to Save when finished.
