Amenity Restrictions

The Hotel can CLOSEOUT an amenity or also offer them with different prices, for example, depending on the season of the year. 


Instructions

How to RESTRICT dates:


Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Booking Engine tab select on Amenities & Extras

Step 2: Under the amenity selected, click on the Calendar Icon 



Step 3: Select the dates and the action




How to ADD the DATE RANGE:


Step 3: When you are creating/editing an amenity, go to the AMOUNT TYPE section and select the DATE RANGE 



Step 4: Then you will be able to add the periods and prices accordingly and SAVE, even put ZERO (FREE) is an option too
