Real Refunds

Hotels with their payment processor activated are able to give Real Refunds.


Instructions


Step 1: Open a reservation, in the scroll down click on ACTIONS button -> Manual Book Modify



Step 2: Go to the Amount Charged to the client, there the Hotel will see the REFUND button


Step 2: Go to t



Step 2: Once the button is clicked, the system will ask for the amount to be refunded and then it will ask again to confirm

  • If there is residual money left after a refund, the REFUND button will remain active incase they need to refund the remaining balance.
