How to Travel Agency Email Reply

The Hotel can set up a different email reply to the hotel. For example, it can be the agency, the agent or custom email. If any clients reply or make a request, it can be attended by the agency, agent or other. 


Instructions


Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Agency Management tab select on Agency Info



Step 2: Then Search or click on Live Agencies and select the agency. 



Step 3: Under the Actions tab, select on Edit Agency Settings 



Step 4: Under Reply to Email Options (Client Confirmation Email), Make your selection and be sure to Save when finished.
