• What to do if my hotel is represented by another supplier and wants to be represented by ReservHOTEL?
  If another supplier currently represents a hotel, the hotel needs to send us a switch letter requesting to be represented by ReservHOTEL.

• What information should the switch letter have?
  - It needs to be printed on the hotel's letterhead with logo.

           - The hotel letterhead should include the hotel address and phone number.

           - The letter needs to be signed by the hotel director. 

           - The full first and full last name of the hotels director should be mentioned. 

           - It needs to be copied to the loosing chain - GDS Manager.

           - It needs to mention the date of the switch requested. 

           - The letter needs to have the current Chain and GDS codes. 

• How long does the switch take?
  Once the hotel is accepted by the GDSs, it can take up to 10 business days.

• If another supplier does not represent the hotel, how long does it take to be activated?
  It can take up to 5 days or less, depending if the hotel has the complete information requested.

• Do I need to to upload all the tabs in the Extranet?
  Yes, the information in the Extranet is mandatory as it goes to GDSs, this is the tool that Travel Agents have to inform to the clients about services, policies and general information. 

• Is it mandatory to contract IcePortal (Images GDS distribution) services?
  No, it is not mandatory, however it is recommended. It is better for clients to see how the hotel looks like.
