Either Consortia or Public Rate is the same procedure. 

Instructions to Delete a Rate

Step 1: In the Extranet, under the 'Rates' tab, select Edit Rates

Step 2: Click on Consortia or Public Rate 

1. Click on the Rate Name
2. Click on Period Actions
3. Select Delete of the period to DELETE
4. Confirm the selection.(note: need to select each single period to delete)

Instructions to Delete Values for a Room Category 

Step 1: Follow Step 1 and 2 from above, click on the Rate Name then click on Period 

• Then Click on the trash icon for the room category of choice.

To definitely delete a room category, send a email to your account manager.
