TA Portal Guide

  • Please note that every Hotel TA Portal may look different, but this guide should be applicable to all sites.

  • For Commissions, approvals, rates, reset password, availability, cancellation, etc, contact the Hotel directly.



Logging In or Registering: Go onto the Hotels Website, and in the Book Now section (where you would select your travel dates) select on Travel Agents Login/Register Here

  • Once you Login, you will find the dashboard, were you can have a quick view of 
    • Bookings
    • Room Nights
    • Sales
    • Commission
    • Upcoming Reservations  
    • The highlighted Test 1 and Test 2 are like Terms & Conditions, you can set up to 3 Facts. 


Book Now: In the first tab of the navigation bar, you can book reservations. You will have two options - Hotel Only & Hotel and Air. Once you fill in all the necessary parameters (Agency ID and Agent ID are set as default), click search and you will be redirected to the booking engine with the details of your reservation. 


Send Link: What happens when you receive a clients call to make a reservation, but the guest doesn't have the necessary information or doesn't want to provide sensitive details, such as a credit card or guest name? 


In those cases, you can create a link and send it to the client, allowing them to make the reservation directly, which will still count towards your production. (As long as they complete the reservation through your direct link)


NOTE: Before sending the link, please ensure that it goes directly to the rooms and that there are no restrictions. 



Apply Payments: There are certain occasions when a customer calls us but does not have credit card details, or is a customer who has credit with us. We can use the "Apply Payment" feature once the reservation is made to process the payment and support our guest in the best possible way. 


NOTE: Confirm with the Hotel if this option is available. 


Reservation Options: In the Reservation Options tab, you will have two choice - One for viewing a reservation and the other for generating a reservation report, ensuring you can easily keep track of all bookings. 



Member Services: In the final tab, you can modify your agency's information, such as address, ZIP code, and City (if you have the master account), or update your personal information. You can also review the commission settings for your agency.
