How to Add, Edit and Delete an Agency

Instructions to Add a New Agency


Step 1: On the Extranet, under the Agency Management tab select on Agency Info




Step 2: Then select on Live Agencies and on the right side select on + New Agency




Step 3: Fill out the required information then make sure to SAVE when finished. 




Instructions to Edit or Delete an Agency


Step 1: Follow Step 1 from the instructions above then Search or select on Live Agencies and select on the Agency you wish to delete. 




Step 2: On the next screen, under the Actions tab select on Edit/Delete Agency Information




Step 3: Then Edit & SAVE or select DELETE to delete the Agency.
